Introducing the new Tasks List feature in Mission Control! This enhancement was designed with three key goals in mind: improving the ability to locate high-impact calls for review, supporting teams with multiple members responsible for quality assessments, and shortening feedback loops for agents.

The dedicated Tasks List page, accessible via the left sidebar, allows users to view tasks assigned to them, including reviews and feedback requests.
