  • FIX: Call Search page will display correct Call Start Time in the List

The issue with Call Start Time localization has been discovered in the Call Search page, where the displayed timestamps were not accurately reflecting the user's local time zone. This issue caused confusion for users relying on accurate call timing. The development team has implemented a fix to ensure that Call Start Time is now correctly localized according to user settings.

Mission Control

  • Ability to download Call Audio

Mission Control users will be able to download call audio directly from the Single Interaction View. This enhancement allows users to easily access and retrieve audio recordings of individual calls, facilitating better review and analysis of customer interactions.

  • Tasks List improvements

The Tasks List has received some enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency. Users will now have the ability to sort their tasks based on two key criteria: time and assessment score.

Additionally, users will now have the capability to review their completed tasks.

Furthermore, users will be able to see the total number of tasks they have at any given time. This visibility ensures that users can easily gauge their workload and manage their time effectively.

Triage

  • FIX: All recent Triage sessions will be displayed

We have discovered an issue with not all recent Triage sessions being available for the corresponding users. The root cause has been found and the issue is fixed.
