Action select activates if a user clicks outside Engage
The issue with action been activated if a user clicks outside Select action dropdown has been fixed.
​The incorrect behaviour: user opens the Select action dropdown and highlights an action navigating with keyboard. The user clicks outside dropdown, where an action is still selected, and the selected action gets activated.
