Ability to open call in a New Tab
We are introducing a feature that allows users of Call Search to open individual calls in a separate tab by right-clicking on a row in the call list. This enhancement improves navigation between the Call Search page and the Single Call view, making it easier to open multiple calls at once and streamlining the process of efficiently searching through several calls. Note: this feature is available when accessing Call Search through the web application.
Opened calls will be highlighted for improved visibility
To improve the visibility of calls already opened from Call Search, we are introducing a feature that highlights these calls for easier identification. The highlight will remain active until the user logs out.
