The Tasks page is your centralized hub for managing daily call review actions and responsibilities. It helps you stay organized by consolidating all necessary tasks in one place, ensuring nothing is overlooked throughout the day.

Accessing the Tasks Page

To access the Tasks page, follow these steps:

  • Select the Tasks icon located in the top left corner of the interface. This will take you to a page listing your assigned tasks.

What You Can Find on the Tasks Page

The Tasks page provides an overview of the following items and enables you to act on them by clicking directly into the selected case:

  1. Reviews of Your Cases

    • These are cases that require your acknowledgement. It ensures you're up to date with feedback and assessments related to your work.

  2. Reviews to Conduct

    • You'll find any pending reviews that need your input. It helps you track and complete reviews efficiently.
