Using AI Chat

On the right-hand side of the documentation page, you will find our AI chat. This can be used to answer questions as well as to enhance the note itself. For instance, you can see an example of editing the note below:

When responding to user queries, what data does AI Chat have access to?

The AI Chat will be able to refer to the following sources:

  • The note and transcript from the present call⁠​

  • The context of the current conversation and user query

  • Training data from the internet

It's important to note that:

  • The AI does not have access to data or content that the user doesn't have permission to see⁠​

  • The AI is designed to protect customer data and prevent information leaks to other users of the service⁠​⁠​

  • Corti takes data privacy and security seriously, implementing measures to protect user information when interacting with AI features.
