With a solid foundation established, we’re ready to transform your pipeline into real opportunities! In this stage, we’ll emphasize a strategic approach to converting leads into signed deals. Our team will collaborate closely with your commercial team to ensure that every engagement aligns with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Together, we’ll create impactful partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.

✔️Success Criteria:

  • Signed Partnerships: Successfully finalize 3-5 partner deals where Corti manages the commercial side, alongside 3-5 deals with the partner taking the lead.

  • Training Program: Equip your commercial team through Corti Academy, ensuring they are well-prepared to sell our software effectively.

  • Pipeline Management: All partner opportunities entered into HubSpot and validated during Deal Desk sessions.

With established contracts and pricing structures, our focus shifts to converting opportunities into successful engagements. This phased approach ensures alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and establishes a clear scope for all deals, setting the stage for sustained success.
