How to Access, Rename, and Edit Previous Sessions?
Updated this week

In Co-Pilot, users may need to revisit and edit a previous session for various reasons, such as refining session notes or adding additional information. Co-Pilot makes it easy to access and modify past sessions, offering flexibility across multiple devices.

Accessing Previous Sessions

To access a previous session in Co-Pilot:

  1. Select the three parallel bar icon located in the upper left-hand corner of the interface.

  2. This will open a list of your previous sessions, allowing you to select the one you want to review or edit.

Naming Sessions

Once you've selected a previous session, you can name it in two ways:

  • Title Bar: Use the title section at the top of your note to name it.

  • Session List: The session list will also give you the opportunity to modify a session's title.

  • Note: The default name for a session will be the date and time of the session.

Editing Previous Sessions

Once you've accessed a previous session, you can modify it in two ways:

  • Dictation: Use voice input to add or change information.

  • Typing: Manually enter or update session notes through text input.

Cross-Device Editing

One of the key benefits of Co-Pilot is the ability to record a session on one device and edit it on another. This cross-device functionality ensures that you can continue working wherever is most convenient for you.

Important Note

While you can edit and refine previous session notes, it is important to remember that:

  • You are only able to access and modify the existing session data. You cannot restart or continue the session from where it left off.
