Partner Access to Key Systems
We are committed to empowering our partners by providing the necessary tools and access to support you effectively. To that end, select partners will now have access to the following systems. Below is a brief overview of each system and its purpose:
Keycloak
Keycloak is our identity and access management system. Partners will be granted access to create and manage users within their respective accounts. This allows partners to self-manage user roles and permissions, improving efficiency and reducing reliance on internal support.
Intercom
Intercom is our communication platform, where partners can reach out to our support teams, access knowledge base articles, and track any ongoing conversations related to their account or services. It also serves as the hub for proactive communication, keeping partners informed about updates and changes.
Datadog
Datadog is our monitoring tool, which partners can use to view real-time status updates of our services. This allows partners to stay informed about system performance, uptime, and any potential disruptions. Partners will have access to status pages and dashboards that provide visibility into our services.
Mixpanel
Mixpanel is our analytics platform, providing partners with insights into user behavior and engagement. This helps partners understand how their end users are interacting with Co-Pilot, which features are most popular, and where potential issues may arise
