Overview
Corti Assistant can be seamlessly embedded into third-party platforms using iFrame technology. This allows partners to integrate Corti's AI-powered real-time assistance and automated documentation features directly into their existing workflows, providing a more cohesive and efficient user experience.
How iFrame Integration Works
An iFrame is an element that enables a webpage to embed another webpage within it. When partners integrate Corti Assistant via iFrame, they can:
Launch Corti Assistant within their own platform
Create a user experience without requiring users to switch between applications
Pass session data securely to personalize the experience (optional)
Ensure that Corti operates as a native component within their system
This approach minimizes customer front end development effort while enabling partners to leverage Corti's full capabilities.
What Needs to Be Done on the Partner’s Side?
To support this use case, partners need to:
Define how Corti Assistant will be launched from within the source platform
Configure authentication methods (e.g., Single Sign-On) to ensure secure user access
Optionally, set up API calls for enhanced integration, such as data synchronization or logging interactions within their systems
Ensure the embedded iFrame complies with any internal security or compliance requirements
Is an API Required for iFrame Integration?
An API is not required for basic iFrame embedding, but it is needed for deeper integration, such as:
Retrieving user-specific data or records from the partner's system
Saving Corti-generated summaries into external platforms (e.g., CRM, EHR)
Implementing secure SSO authentication beyond basic login
For simple integration, iFrame alone is sufficient. However, API access enables a more customized experience.
Corti Assistant vs. API Licenses
Partners can purchase either Corti Assistant licenses or API licenses, depending on their integration needs:
iFrame Only: Partners purchase Corti Assistant licenses for users accessing the assistant through their platform
API-Based Integration: Partners require API licenses if they need data exchange, automation, or custom workflows
Hybrid Model: Partners may combine iFrame and API, requiring both license types
White-Labeling Opportunities
For a fully branded experience, partners can opt for a white-label version of Corti Assistant, which allows them to:
Replace Corti branding with their own logos and colors
Ensure a seamless UI/UX experience within their platform
Maintain full functionality while presenting Corti as their proprietary solution
