What questions can be included in an Automatic Assessment?

A Corti Automatic Assessment is designed to streamline the evaluation process by supporting specific question types, allowing for efficient scoring and feedback. This tool is ideal for organizations looking to provide rapid assessments and improve overall quality.

Supported Question Types

Corti’s automatic assessments support the following types of questions:

  1. Multiple Choice Questions

    • Users can create questions where respondents select from a multiple choice list, ex. Yes/No/Not Applicable.

  2. Dropdown Questions

    • Dropdown questions allow respondents to choose their answer from a predefined answers from a list of options.

Note: At this time, open-ended responses are not supported in Corti’s automated assessments.

Common Question Formats

Here are some examples of common question types used in automatic assessments:

  • Yes/No Questions

    • Example: Did the agent confirm the member number of the caller?

  • Rating Scale (1-5)

    • Example: How friendly was the agent? Rate on a scale from 1-5.

  • Agreement Scale (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree)

    • Example: Rate your agreement: The agent provided clear instructions during the call.

  • Descriptive Multiple Choice

    • Example: Which of the following best describes the call?

How Automatic Assessments Support Quality Improvement

Once the form is completed, the results are automatically scored. This ensures a rapid feedback loop for continuous quality improvement, helping teams identify strengths and areas for development in a timely manner.
