How to: Stop recording during a session

Co-Pilot can intelligently differentiate between conversational threads by context, so stopping the recording is rarely necessary. However, there may be times when you need to pause or stop recording before the visit is complete.

To Stop Recording:

Locate the Microphone Icon

  • In the bottom right corner of the screen, you'll see a microphone icon.

Stop the Recording

  • Click on the microphone icon to stop the recording. The icon will turn red when muted, indicating that the recording has been paused until the recording is resumed.

  • Click the microphone icon again to re-engage call transcription will pause.
