Overview

Templates in the Corti API allow you to generate structured, medical documents using Corti’s foundational model. These documents can be created from various inputs such as transcripts, facts, or existing medical documents. Templates support multiple languages and can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization. They are structured with defined sections, ensuring consistency and clarity in medical reporting. For example, a SOAP note consists of four sections: Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan, each following a specified writing style and formatting.

Key Features of Templates

One Interaction, Multiple Documents

Generate multiple types of documentation from a single interaction, such as a clinical note and a referral letter, ensuring efficiency and completeness.

Customizable Formats

Choose from templates tailored for various medical specialties, allowing for the generation of different types of clinical notes, letters, discharge summaries, and other documentation specific to your use case.

Flexible Workflows

Utilize pre-defined templates or adapt to dynamic workflows by selecting only the relevant sections needed for your documentation.

Template Management

The Corti API allows you to retrieve and review available pre-configured templates along with their supported languages. Use the query filter for your organization (?org) to access templates specific to your account.
