Overview
Templates in the Corti API allow you to generate structured, medical documents using Corti’s foundational model. These documents can be created from various inputs such as transcripts, facts, or existing medical documents. Templates support multiple languages and can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization. They are structured with defined sections, ensuring consistency and clarity in medical reporting. For example, a SOAP note consists of four sections: Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan, each following a specified writing style and formatting.
